Mariano lists the difficulty of this Batman Papercraft at "hard" but notes that "it is not as hard as it looks". ^^ All the previous superhero papercraft models I have seen from Mariano have been Marvel Comics characters. So unless I missed one, this may be his first paper model of a DC Comics character. Batman, along with Superman and Wonder Woman, is one of the most popular characters in the DC Comics Universe. Batman Papercraft: Dark Knight Cowl
This papercraft cowl duplicates the one worn by Batman in the 2008 movie, The Dark Knight. The template for the cowl consists of 89 pieces and is available in Pepakura PDO format only. Hot Wheels Scale Movie Vehicles Papercraft
Papercrafter Dave Winfield has an amazing collection of Hot Wheels scale papercraft cars available for download on his website. In addition to papercraft recreations of actual Hot Wheels toy cars from the the late 60's, Dave also offers small scale papercraft cars from movies and television. Pictured above (starting in the upper left and moving clockwise) are the Mystery Machine van from the Scooby Doo television show, Korben Dallas' flying taxi from the science fiction movie The Fifth Element, Snot Rod from the Disney Pixar movie Cars, and finally the Batmobile from the 1989 Batman movie. 1960's Batmobile Paper Toy
This paper toy was modeled after the Batmobile that appeared in the 1960's Batman television series. The boxy shape is due to the fact that it is a customization of the "Foldskool" paper toy template by Marshall Alexander. The template for this Batmobile is the creation of paper toy designer Matthijs Kamstra [aka MCK] and may be found on his website here.

Retro Papercraft Batman Mask
Illustrator Katie Cook has created a papercraft mask that hearkens back to the Silver Age of Comic Books. The template for this 1960's style Batman cowl is one piece, one page and may be downloaded here. Katie is a talented artist who, among other things, works on Clone Wars webcomics for starwars.com. Hey Katie, how about a Captain America mask next? ;)
